These Terms and Conditions define the contractual relationship between Calme by Hazel and the Client for the provision of sleep and parenting coaching services.

Services and Pricing

The services offered are described on the website https://calmebyhazel.com. Prices are indicated in EUR and are payable upon booking or as agreed during the reservation process.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Client Cancellation: Any session cancelled less than 24 hours (or 48h) in advance is non-refundable and will be charged in full.
• Rescheduling: The client may request to reschedule a session free of charge, provided they respect the notice period mentioned above.

Hazel (Calme by Hazel) provides coaching and support services. I am not a doctor, pediatrician, or psychologist. My advice is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have any concerns regarding your child’s health, please consult a medical professional.

Confidentiality

The content of coaching sessions is strictly confidential. Calme by Hazel agrees not to disclose any information shared by the client during sessions.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken before the competent courts of France.
