Yes, my parent coaching approach is adaptable for parents of toddlers through to pre-teens. Because child development is a continuous journey, I provide age-appropriate insights that help you understand what your child is communicating through their behavior.

Absolutely. I provide parent coaching globally via video calls. This means you can get the support you need from the comfort of your home, fitting seamlessly into your busy schedule. In addition, digital sessions allow for flexible timing that works for both parents.

While my Baby Sleep Support focuses specifically on rest, parent coaching covers a broader range of topics like boundaries, parental burnout, and sibling harmony. However, both services share a holistic and gentle philosophy rooted in mindful parenting.
