Expert Guidance on Sleep & Parenting
Book a Call
Taking this step can feel big, but it is often the moment things start to feel clearer. Whether you are struggling with your child’s sleep, feeling overwhelmed as a parent, or simply unsure where to start, this call is a calm, supportive space to talk things through.
We weren’t dealing with ‘bad’ sleep, just lots of little things that were adding up and leaving us drained. Hazel helped us tweak our evenings and expectations in a way that felt really manageable. It wasn’t about rigid routines, more about understanding what our children needed. Things feel so much smoother now, and I feel far less anxious about sleep in general.

I work with families from the newborn stage through early childhood, supporting both sleep and the wider challenges that come with it. Many of the families I support are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure where to start, but ready for things to feel calmer and more manageable.
You are not expected to have everything figured out.
This call is best suited for families who are considering working together and would like to explore the right level of support. Most parents come to this call feeling tired, unsure, and overwhelmed. That is exactly where I meet you. If you feel ready for that kind of support, you can explore my services or book a call below.
FAQ about Call
How long is the call?
15 minutes. Sometimes just talking things through with the right person can make everything feel lighter.
Is there any pressure to book?
No. This is simply a space to talk things through and see if the support feels right for you.port feels before deciding on a package.
What if I am not sure what I need yet?
That is completely fine. Most families are not sure, and we will figure it out together.
How do I know which service is right for me?
You do not need to figure that out on your own. Many families are unsure at first, and that is completely normal. We can talk it through on a call and decide together whether sleep support, parent support, or a combination of both would be most helpful.
What if I am not sure I am ready to commit yet?
That is absolutely fine. You can start with a call or a single session to get clarity and see how the support feels before deciding on a package.

No. My approach is flexible and designed to fit your family. I guide you with clear, practical steps, but everything is adapted in a way that feels manageable and right for you.
Do you use “cry it out” methods?
No. My approach is gentle and responsive. We work in a way that supports your child while also helping you feel comfortable and confident with the process.
How quickly will we see results?
Every child and family is different. Some changes feel immediate, while others take a little more time to settle. My focus is on creating realistic, lasting improvements rather than quick fixes.
Can I combine sleep support and parent support?
Yes. Many families benefit from both. We can start with one area and bring in the other if needed, or combine them depending on what feels most helpful for you.
What ages do you work with?
I support families from the newborn stage through early childhood.
What if my situation feels complicated?
That is often exactly when support helps most. You do not need to simplify things before reaching out. We will take it step by step together.
Is this medical advice?
No. My support is coaching-based and not a substitute for medical or mental health care. If you have concerns about your health or your child’s wellbeing, I recommend speaking with your GP or a qualified healthcare professional.
