My Why

I started this work supporting families with sleep, but it quickly became clear that sleep was only part of the picture.

Behind every broken night is a mother who is exhausted, overwhelmed, and often carrying far more than anyone can see.

I saw that even when sleep improves, many mothers still need support, reassurance, and space to feel like themselves again.

That is why my work now brings both together.
Because supporting your child’s sleep matters, but supporting you matters just as much.

Sleep & Wellness Support for Mothers & Babies

Background

B

efore specialising in sleep, I spent many years working in wellness within schools, supporting both children and their families. That experience continues to shape the way I work today. Looking beyond sleep alone, and understanding the emotional, behavioural, and family dynamics that sit underneath it.

How I work

My approach is calm, gentle, and fully personalised. There is no one-size-fits-all method here. Every child is different, every family is different, and your support should reflect that.

Whether we are working on sleep or on the wider experience of motherhood, I focus on practical, realistic guidance that fits into your life. No pressure. No rigid rules. Just thoughtful support that helps things feel more manageable.

Working together

Working together is not about doing things perfectly. It is about feeling supported, understood, and guided in a way that makes sense for you and your family.

You can ask questions, take things at your own pace, and make changes in a way that feels right. My role is to bring clarity, reassurance, and a steady presence while you move through this stage.

Who I support

I work with families from the newborn stage through early childhood, supporting both sleep and the wider challenges that come with it.

Many of the families I support are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure where to start, but ready for things to feel calmer and more manageable.

You do not need to push through this alone.

With the right support, things can feel calmer, clearer, and much more manageable.
If you feel ready for that kind of support, you can explore my services or book a call below.
